About the Role
Salesforce Technical Lead New York NY We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead / Salesforce Architect to lead the design and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions within a complex enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Architecture
- Salesforce Technical Lead New York NY Lead and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture aligned with enterprise systems
- Design and implement scalable API integrations using REST, GraphQL, and middleware tools
- Work with tools like Apigee, Postman, Named Credentials, and Apex Classes for seamless integrations
- Map external data into Salesforce objects ensuring data integrity and efficiency
- Leverage metadata-driven development to build reusable and optimized solutions
Development & Collaboration
- Guide development teams during Agile sprints, including code reviews and solution design
- Provide technical direction for both frontend (LWC/LWR) and backend development
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into solutions
- Collaborate with external consultants and ensure alignment with internal Salesforce ecosystems
- Identify risks, performance bottlenecks, Top 50 AWS Interview Questions & Answers Career Guide and recommend proactive solutions
Performance & Innovation
- Monitor and improve system performance, scalability, and user experience
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends
- Drive innovation by evaluating and implementing new tools and capabilities

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead / Architect
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Hands-on experience with:
- Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), LWR
- REST APIs, GraphQL APIs
- Apigee, Postman, Named Credentials
- Strong experience in Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems
- Expertise in metadata-driven development and data mapping
- Proven ability to mentor developers and troubleshoot complex issues
- Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-impact environments
Nice to Have
- Experience in Retail / Consumer Goods domain
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in Salesforce
