Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Specialist to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in talent sourcing, Boolean search, resume mining, candidate engagement, and professional networking platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying qualified talent, building candidate pipelines, engaging passive candidates, and supporting recruiters in meeting hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri and other job portals.
• Use LinkedIn and professional networking platforms to identify qualified candidates.
• Perform advanced Boolean searches and resume mining.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Identify and engage passive candidates.
• Conduct initial resume screening based on hiring requirements.
• Communicate with candidates through email, phone, and professional networks.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the sourcing process.
• Understand job requirements and identify relevant talent profiles.
• Work with ATS platforms such as Taleo, SAP, or similar systems.
• Maintain accurate candidate and sourcing data.
• Support recruiters in meeting hiring targets and timelines.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research when required.

Required Skills

• 2–6 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
• Strong experience with Naukri and other job portals.
• Excellent LinkedIn sourcing and professional networking skills.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean Search.
• Resume mining and candidate screening experience.
• Passive candidate sourcing expertise.
• Strong candidate engagement and communication skills.
• Experience working with ATS platforms such as Taleo, SAP, or similar systems.
• Ability to understand technical and non-technical hiring requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and attention to detail.

Good to Have

• MBA in HR.
• AIRS certification or knowledge of advanced passive sourcing techniques.
• Talent mapping and market research experience.
• Target-company and competitor mapping experience.
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics such as Source of Hire and Time-to-Fill.
