Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to join a long-term enterprise project. This is a fully remote opportunity, with candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone (EST) preferred. Applicants based in Florida will receive priority consideration.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, Azure cloud integration, and enterprise application integrations. The Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
- Develop scalable applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise applications.
- Build and support Azure cloud-based integration solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices and governance standards.
Required Skills
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification (Required)
- Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Visualforce
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
- Strong Azure Cloud experience
- Experience with enterprise integration platforms and middleware
- CI/CD, Git, and DevOps experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates located in Florida
- Candidates available to work Eastern Time Zone (EST) hours
- Experience working with large enterprise Salesforce implementations
- Agile/Scrum project experience
