We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with React and 10+ years of experience to support enterprise application development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across Java backend development and modern React-based front-end applications.
This is an onsite opportunity available in Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; and Chandler, AZ.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise full-stack applications.
- Develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build responsive front-end applications using React.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Work with databases and develop efficient SQL queries.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in technical design and architecture discussions.
- Troubleshoot application issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Develop unit and integration tests.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and development activities.
- Support CI/CD, deployments, and production troubleshooting.
- Conduct code reviews and follow enterprise development standards.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on Java development experience.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot and REST APIs.
- Strong React experience.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Strong SQL and database experience.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD environments.
- Strong understanding of full-stack application architecture.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, Dallas, or Chandler.
