We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Developer for a remote contract opportunity supporting healthcare-focused Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Salesforce development experience with a focus on Salesforce Health Cloud, healthcare workflows, integrations, customization, and scalable CRM solutions.

The selected candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and technical teams to design, develop, customize, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support healthcare and patient-related business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud.
  • Translate business and healthcare requirements into scalable Salesforce technical solutions.
  • Develop custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
  • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, flows, and security configurations.
  • Support healthcare-focused business processes and patient-related workflows within Salesforce Health Cloud.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external healthcare, enterprise, and business applications.
  • Build and consume APIs to support data exchange between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Participate in technical design and architecture discussions.
  • Develop reusable and maintainable Salesforce components following platform best practices.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, integration failures, performance problems, and production defects.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, architects, QA teams, business analysts, and healthcare stakeholders.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
