Key Responsibilities

MS Dynamics 365 Contact Center Solution Architect Atlanta As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, architecture, and implementation of advanced contact center solutions built on MS Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Omnichannel platforms MS Dynamics 365 Contact Center Solution Architect Atlanta

  • Architect and implement scalable digital contact center solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Lead the design and ownership of chat, messaging, and email channels within the Dynamics ecosystem.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives by integrating AI-powered virtual agents, Copilot, and conversational AI solutions.
  • Define and execute digital deflection strategies, including self-service portals, automation workflows, and chatbot solutions.

  • Ensure alignment with business KPIs such as:
    • Average Handle Time (AHT)

  • Lead solution design workshops and translate business requirements into technical architecture.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems such as CRM, ERP, telephony, and cloud platforms.

  • Strong understanding of customer engagement metrics and optimization strategies.
  • Experience in building self-service and automation-driven support models.

  • Strong knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, and cloud technologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in large enterprise or consulting environments.
  • Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-native architectures.
  • Familiarity with contact center platforms and telephony integration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead offshore/onshore teams effectively.
