Key Responsibilities
Service Now developer contract jobs You will work with broader team to shape ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring solutions and modular, scalable, and aligned with best practices, This includes designing and supporting scoped application and managing their full lifecycle from development through deployment and maintained, A strong understanding of tables, CMDB class hierarchy, dictionary structures, and relationship is important to ensure data is modeled Service Now developer contract jobs
Server side development
- You will write efficient backend logic using tools such as;
- Script includes – leveraging reusable, modular, and asynchronous patterns
- Business rules including before, after, async rules with an emphasis on stability and performance
- Schedule jobs & background scripts to automate backend processes

Client side development
- You will also build intuitive and user experience using;

- You’ll know when to use UI policies vs client scripts to ensure clean and maintainable client side logic
Automation & Flow Designer
- You will design workflows and automations using flow designers, including reusable sub flow, custom actions, and expectation / error handling to ensure rebuts automation, experience with orchestration and MID server interactions is valuable to support automation across external systems
Integrations
This role involves developing secure and reliable integrations using
- Rest & Soup APIs ( Inbound & Outbound )
- Integration Hub spokes ( AWS, Azure, Vmware, SCCM, etc )
- ECC Queue & MID server scripting
- you’ll troubleshoot integrations, optimize message flow, and ensure data exchange is reliable and secure
- Security, Governance & Performance
- You will design in security in mind leveraging
- ACLS & Role based security
- Impersonation & Access validation
- Query optimization & Indexing
- Script & system performance Tuning
- You’ll help ensure the platform remains secure, scabble, and performant even as a usage grows
