🔹 Automation Framework Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable automation frameworks using Java or JavaScript
- Build test automation solutions for web applications, APIs, and backend services

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team
🔹 Quality Assurance Leadership
- Advocate for best practices in test automation, TDD, and code quality
- Mentor junior QA engineers and SDETs
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in software testing and automation
- Strong programming skills in Java or JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks development
- Expertise in BDD frameworks such as Cucumber or JBehave
- Solid understanding of REST API testing tools like Karate and JMeter
- Experience in performance testing, especially using JMeter
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Git
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database testing concepts
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Python scripting or automation
