Wells Fargo Customer Service Jobs As an Associate Customer Service Representative in Everyday Banking, speak with Wells Fargo customers over the phone, through chat, text, and digital channels. Empathetically listen to their concerns and provide appropriate solutions while ensuring exemplary service in a dynamic environment. This position falls under the CSBB Operations team that is responsible for catering to consumer and small business banking customers across the country.
start In this role you will:
– Provide information regarding banking products and services as well as account-related queries. Offer support in a high-volume situation with sensitivity and professionalism. Solve problems and ensure the provision of best-in-class customer experience.
– Perform work assignments under the direction of policies, compliance, and procedures.
– Ability to operate several computer systems and tools at the same time, works well with others, and knows when to bring up an issue.
6+ months of customer service, financial services, or call center experience — OR equivalent experience through work, training, military service, or education.
Skills and Experience Desired
Ability to quickly pick up and work with different systems. Has used internet, mobile, or social media tools. Military background in customer support is a plus.
Training & Schedule
Wells Fargo Customer Service Jobs Paid training begins on 02/02 and runs for seven weeks.
Here is the training schedule: Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Hours of Operation: Sunday through Saturday between the hours of 6:00 AM – 12:00 AM EST. You will work at least one weekend day and holidays.
A 15% shift differential may apply, based on your schedule.
Pay starts at $20.00 per hour.
Other shift differentials may also apply.

This role does not offer remote work.
