Job Summary
Senior Salesforce Developer Engineer Jobs You are to Lead the End-to-End design, development, and deployment of salesforce development solutions.
You will partner with the business, stakeholders, architects, UX designers, cloud engineers to translate complicated asks to secure salesforce application with scale and maintainability.
This role is a combination of Salesforce expertise with modern front end development and AWS, and DevOps
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable salesforce solutions with the use of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Salesforce APIs. Work with the business stakeholders, solution architects, engineering teams to translate the functional requirements into effective and granular technical designs.
Develop and execute robust and reliable Salesforce integration with AWS services, including Lambda, S3, and API Gateway. Build and maintain event-driven architecture with Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), asynchronous Apex, and pub/sub, to support real-time and decoupled integration.
Partner with UX and front-end teams to implement accessible, responsive, and modern user interfaces in React.js, from TypeScript, and Figma designs.
Perform and manage code review, set development guidelines, and provide guidance to others to ensure code quality, maintainability, and reusability. Utilize GitHub, Jenkins, and AWS DevOps tool to foster innovation using CI/CD pipeline, automation, and DevOps for continuous improvement.
Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization in development, test, and production environments.
Assess and implement NPM packages and libraries to provide additional features and to ensure coherence across applications.
Assist with Salesforce platform modernization, including automation frameworks and architecture components.
Innovate integration and automation with new technology from Salesforce Einstein AI, GPT-based helpers, and MuleSoft.
Mandatory Skills & Experience A bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, and similar disciplines.
Senior Salesforce Developer Engineer Jobs in New York 7+ years of practical Salesforce development experience, especially leading new Salesforce implementations from inception to completion.
Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flow Builder, integrating custom development and Salesforce standard functionality.
Demonstrated experience with Salesforce event-driven architecture (Platform Events, CDC) and asynchronous processing.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, security model, and multi-org governance across multiple lines of business.
Extensive experience defining and implementing secure Salesforce API, MuleSoft, and AWS (Lambda, S3, API Gateway) integrated systems. Strong front-end development with JavaScript, React.js and TypeScript, using component-based design principles.
Collaborative experience with data teams to isolate, understand and resolve data quality and integration challenges. Ability to convert Figma mockups to responsive, accessible, and reusable LWC and React components.
Well-versed with CI/CD, GitHub, Jenkins for automated deployment and version control. Extensive knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms OAuth 2.0, JWT, and Named Credentials.
Analytical and communication skills with stakeholder management, especially in a cross-functional context.
