Job Description:
The Salesforce Administrator will take key responsibility for daily configuration, maintenance, and improvement of Salesforce.

They provide support services at Level 1, 2, and 3 for specified areas of the systems and the business-critical processes within the Salesforce platform and integrated systems.

The position works with business partners, functional leaders, stakeholders, and other fellow Salesforce Administrators to identify, manage, and implement projects regarding new business processes using advanced skills.

The Senior Salesforce Administrator will carry a solution-driven mind via expertise in handling all kinds of escalations from other admins as well as an opportunity to encourage growth among lower-level admins which thereby enhances team strength offering alternate growth paths such as development on Salesforce or quality assurance or solutions development.

Monitor, log, and react to messages from production users regarding small tweaks and break-fix help, such as making and keeping up workflows, custom fields and items, record types, page looks, reports, dashboard setup, and handling data flow.
Carry out admin tasks to keep the system running, like handling user profiles, roles, rights, storage, and backup plus tidying up and updating unused fields, objects, and links. Build and manage automation steps with flows and top admin parts. Clean check and bring in different data sets into Salesforce. Give help and best way tips to users.
Keep up with changes in Salesforce releases features and best practices share with process owners stakeholders and management implementation recommendations. Facilitate test cases support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) Implement and assist integrations third-party tools plus security measures assist in the testing coordination as well as the deployment of software update handling following standard SDLC process with the use of available CI/CD tools and method.
Work with teams from different departments and business process owners to get and write down business needs, turning them into Salesforce solutions. Watch system performance and do regular upkeep tasks. Make and keep end-user paperwork on steps, rules, app setup, user guides, and job aids.
Lead by example and coaching of junior staff on both the technical and non-technical aspects related to Salesforce Administration, Advanced Administrator skills, and collaborative learning sessions sharing knowledge with the team.

A graduate degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Over five years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator.
Work with Salesforce Sales Cloud and certifications that go with it.

Show that you can carry out answers using high-level admin parts.

Good at leading meetings with team members, leaders, interested parties, and helpers/makers.

Can explain plans to both tech and non-tech interest groups.

Forward-looking view with plan thought across many going-on tasks.
Great speaking and writing skills, plus good people skills. Able to spot small errors and keep things in order. Has strong computer skills and can learn new programs fast.

Can look up details when there are problems with how software works. Able to do many tasks at once and adjust fast when things change. Knows about SDLC Agile Project Management Tools like Azure DevOps and Jira.
Has worked with CI/CD Tools (e.g. DevOps Center, Copado, Gearset). Has good knowledge of data management tools (e.g. Data Loader, XL Connector). Knows Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning components. Can write Salesforce flows, validation rules, and formulas very well. Initiative to perform calmly under pressure and in prioritizing critical tasks in the midst of competing priorities.

English literacy in reading, writing, and speaking.

Know VS Code. Used marketing tools like Eloqua or Marketo. Know about Salesforce CPQ and approvals. Worked with Certinia Financial Force Pro Services Platform. Know source code editors like VS Code. Understand parts for making Salesforce better. Have top Salesforce Admin certs.
