Position: Oracle Demand Management Cloud Loc NJ

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description:

– Lead configuration, setup, and admin of Oracle Demand Management Cloud (ODMC) including collections, forecasting algorithms, or demand planning workbenches.
– Build and maintain statistical forecasts as well as demand models, causal factors, and measurement definitions.
– Support forecast analysis along with accuracy reporting and scenario plan

Set and make better Demand Plans, Demand Review Boards, and Predictive Planning tools. Run joining steps between ODMC and upstream/downstream systems like ERP, MRP, Supply plan, and outside data sources. Fix system troubles, do root reason check, and work with Oracle help if needed. Work with teams from Sales, Money matters tasks work, and Supply plan to help in the Sales & Operations Plan (S&OP) process as well as the Integrated Business Plan (IBP) method.

Write business requirements. Translate them into functional specifications.

Help with new feature rollouts, quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, testing, and training.
Write and keep system documentation, process flows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) up to date.

A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, information systems, or related fields.

More than 10 years of hands-on experience with the Oracle Demand Management Cloud or Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud.

Thorough knowledge of the principles of demand planning, forecast accuracy metricsspecifically MAPE and BIAS—and statistical forecasting methods. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud data collections, FBDI, scheduled processes, and integration tools.
Ability to articulate business requirements into system solutions. Analytical, problem-solving, communication skills. Background supporting S&OP and IBP processes.

Familiar with SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, or analytics dashboards. Oracle Cloud-certified Supply Chain Planning experience in a high-volume or complex supply chain environment that may include consumer packaged goods (CPG), manufacturing, or life sciences.
