We are hiring for a Latest UI Frontend developer Camden NJ with strong React and React Native Expertise to join our innovative development team, in this role, you will be working on modern, scalable, customer focused web and mobile application, Latest UI Frontend developer Camden NJ collaborating closely with backend developers, designers, business analyst, DevOps engineers, and product stakeholders Latest UI Frontend developer Camden NJ
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands on coding, problem solving, UI Performance optimization, and providing technical leadership to junior developers, and offshore/ onsite teams, you will be responsible not only for development but also for solutions design, reviews, deployments, documentation, and mentoring
Key Responsibilities
- Design, Develop, and maintain high quality UI applications using React and React Native
- Participate in architecture discussion and solution design
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate API’s and web services
- provide accurate efforts estimates and help plan sprint deliverables
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding best practices
- Contribute across the software development Life cycle ( SDLC ) Including development and production releases
- Maintain strong knowledge of UI best practice, performance tuning, and modern java script standards
- Mentor and guide junior developers and offshore team members
- Prepare project documentation using tools like MS word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Work collaboratively with project managers and communicate delivery timelines
- Support production systems when needed, including off – hours support
Technical skills Required
- Strong hands on experience with React & React Native
- Solid understanding of JavaScript / Typescript
- Experience with UI/UX principles & Responsive design
- Knowledge of REST APIs and backend Integration
- Familiarity with Git / Devops / CI-CD workflows
- Strong debugging and problem solving skills
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environment
