If you enjoy complex problem, designing clean and maintainable code, and collaborating with talented across the functional teams, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact, you’ll work across spring boot, Rest API’s, microservices, multithreading, and relational databases, while contributing to mission critical systems, Experience working with or integrating into GE Reliance will be a major advantage Java Developer Remote
Required Qualification
* 5+ years of experience as Java developer
* Strong expertise in core java
* Hands on experience with Spring boot, spring MVC, Hibernate, JPA
* Proven experience building and consuming Restful API’s
* Strong understanding of microservices architect
* Experience with multithreaded programming
* Experience working with integrating into GE Reliance GridOS
* Strong SQL knowledge and experience with MYSQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
* Familiarity with agile / scrum methodologies
* Experience using GIT or Similar version control tools
What you’ll be doing
* Design, develop, and maintain high quality Java Applications
* Build scalable REST API’s and microservices
* Write clean, testable, and efficient code following test practises
* Work with cross functional teams in an Agile / Scrum environment
* Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and security
* Intergrade applications with enterprise grade platforms such as GE Reliance
* Collaborate with Devops, QA, and product teams, and deliver high impact solutions
* Participates in code reviews and contribute to continues improvements
