They should have 10-13 years of strong coding experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Work in the finance and banking domain is a must. Also, educational details with both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees showing university names and years of completion should be clearly highlighted on the candidate’s resume.
Job Title: Senior Core Java Developer
Location: Remote
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Key Responsibilities
– Take ownership of seamless end-to-end development and integration of backend systems using Java.
– Design scalable secure and high-performance backend services.
– Support front-end development using React or Angular as required.
– Architectural decision-making support for business goals.
– Integration approaches that support scalability security, and performance.
Lead and guide the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in coordination with cross-functional team efforts towards successful delivery.
Qualifications
– Over 10 years of experience in Java backend deveplopment and architecture.
– Hands-on knowledge of Spring boot, REST APIs, microservices, and any cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP).
– Sound integration skills, distributed systems knowledge, and performance optimization abilities.
– Front-end exposure to React or Angular (at least 20%).
– Knowledge about Docker, Kubernetes & CI/CD pipelines.
– Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills.
