Java Backend Developer Remote contract We are excited to announce a new opportunity for an experienced Java Backend Developer to join our innovative and fast-paced development team. This is a fully remote contract role with an initial duration of 6 months, offering a competitive rate of $60/hr on a C2C basis (no benefits included).
We are looking for highly skilled professionals with 8–10 years of experience in backend development, strong expertise in Java technologies, and hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of microservices architecture, REST API development, and cloud-native applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Java Backend Developer Remote contract Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems using Core Java and Spring Boot frameworks
- Build robust RESTful APIs and microservices to support business-critical applications

Required Qualifications

- Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is required
- Strong experience in Oracle SQL and database design
