We’re looking for someone to take on Salesforce Technical Lead responsibilities to design, develop and manage complex, large-scale Salesforce solutions for our enterprise customers.
This position is fully onsite in **Plano, TX.**

Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage all aspects of Salesforce development projects from creation to deployment
* Construct, develop and implement Apex LWC and configuration Salesforce
* Conduct code reviews and lead other developers on technical design
* Work with different teams to provide integration of Salesforce and external systems through REST and SOAP
* Oversee all aspects of the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
* Provide leadership on technical and complex issues, align with the objectives and goals of the business * Improve the system and user experience, enhance system performance and adhere to compliance for the security of the platform
🎯 Qualifications
● Over 12 years of experience including 8 years of developing in Salesforce
● Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Component (LWC), Aura, and Integrations
● Salesforce architectural and technical design leadership experience
● Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities
● Salesforce certifications (PD1, PD2, Admin, Architect) are highly desirable — ##
