We are seeking a highly experienced Encompass Developer workflow automation Remote encompass developer / workflow specialist for a remote C2C contract role, This role is ideal for a senior professional with 9+ years of experience working with ICE Mortgage Technologies Encompass platform, particularly in automating workflows, customizing business rules, and supporting digital mortgage operations Encompass Developer workflow automation Remote
In this role you will be be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining Encompass workflows and configurations to streamlines mortgage processes, improve loan lifecycle efficiency, and ensure platform stability, you’ll partner closely with operations, underwriting, and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Develop custom Encompass workflows, business rules, and automation
- Build and maintain input forms, plugins, SDK integrations, and customizations
- Optimize loan processing workflow to increase efficiency and compliance
- support deployment, testing, and production stability
- Ensure adherence to mortgage industry and regulatory standards
- maintain documentation and contribute to platform practices
Required Experience and skills
- 9+years of experience working as an Encompass Developer/ Work specialist
- Strong hands on experience with Encompass
- Encompass Admin, SDK, Input forms and business Rules
- Encompass web services / API’s
- Custom workflow automation and scripting
- Deep understanding of mortgage lending process ( LOS / TPO, Retail, Wholesale, correspondent )
- Experience configuring pipelines views, personas, and security roles
- Strong problem solving skills and stakeholder collaboration ability
- prior experience working in c2c contract environments
Nice to have
- Experience with Encompass NextGen, API’s, or ICE Environment
- Knowledge of compliance rules ( TRID, RESPA, HMDA, FHA, VA, Etc, )
- Experience in Agile environment
