Responsibilities:
Job Summary

The Senior Cloud Engineer has mastery knowledge over Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure, leading the architecture in setting up a new environment on GCP and Azure integrated with existing infrastructure. This role would establish our future AI hybrid cloud infrastructure with secure, scalable, and high-performance platform connectivity.
Establish, construct, and implement a new GCP environment from its inception Plan and execute secure, efficient network connections between GCP and Azure using Azure backbone and interconnect services Work together with security, DevOps, and application teams to guarantee that the cloud infrastructure fulfills the performance, compliance, and security criteria of our ecosystem. Keep an eye on as well as enhance cloud setups for cost-effectiveness, performance, and dependability.</li>
Dissect labyrinthine problems regarding networks and clouds straddling GCP and Azure. Lead technically and mentor other engineers. Scrutinize and advocate GCP, Azure, as well as third-party tools to bring nimbleness, thrift, and swag into the system. Infrastructure provisioning plus setting up through code. Any other tasks assigned.

Education:
– Bachelor’s Degree or four years work-related experience in the fields of study of Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related discipline-Required
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related discipline-Preferred

Experience:
3 years of hands-on experience in designing and deploying production workloads in GCP and Azure- Required
Solid grasp over cloud networking, VPCs, VPNs, interconnects, ExpressRoute, and hybrid connectivity- Required
Strong command over GCP services knowledge which includes Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, and Azure Active Directory- Required
Expertise in cloud networking security and identity management- Required
Great at writing scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell- Required; Knows cloud safety steps and identity control (IAM, service accounts, etc.)- Required; Has strong problem-solving abilities and can work alone in a quick setting- Required; Has good talking skills and can manage stakeholders well- Required; Knows about container control systems (like Kubernetes, GKE, AKS)- Preferred.
Has worked with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Stackdriver, Azure Monitor, Prometheus) Preferred
