Full-time 40 hours per week at 44th Street and Oak. Spanish speakers encouraged to apply (Pay Differential Available for Other Languages).

Assisting SMI Health Clinic Oak Center Court. Under management’s direction, participant initiates and provides individual assistance. Therapeutic support with integrated assistance to adults with SMI, double diagnosis, and/or treatment referrals.

Focus on assistance with access to suitable housing and ongoing support to maintain independent living within community. Other duties as assigned. Evaluate housing resource availability and assess individual need.
Restrictions apply to and may assist with attendance at housing information sessions and/or housing site visits. Track housing service referrals and applications by member. Maintain accurate and current housing and homelessness status.
Connect community organizations to srv clients social services to enhance stability. Employ motivational interviewing techniques to engage and inspire clients during their housing journey. Keep abreast of shifts in housing policy and advocate for clients within the community.
One year of experience in the behavioral health field will also be required.

Must be 21 years or older and have a valid az driver\u2019s license.
In order to qualify for the behavioral health field for a bachelor\u2019s degree you must have a year of experience for a non-behavioral health bachelor in the field having a year in the work experience, and an associate degree with two years in the behavioral health work experience.
Must have basic computer skills like Word, Excel, and Outlook, and must have a minimum of 25 wpm for the typing speed. You need to have a minimum of 4 years of driving experience, and meet Terros Health’s driving policy, as well as have an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) or obtain within 7 business days of being hired.
Ability to create and sustain relationships at a professional level and maintain a positive stance with other employees, clients, clients’ families and other members of the community. Ability to communicate well with others as well as not have a judgmental approach to others, with the ability to listen and interact with others. Having a basic understanding of the DSM-V is a plus. Must clear Background check, TB test, and other pre-employment requirements.
