Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – MDM & Reltio

Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with expert knowledge in Master Data Management (MDM) and the Reltio platform. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation, integration, and enhancement of an enterprise MDM solution. Strong analytical, documentation, and data governance skills are required to assist in defining, designing, and delivering data-driven solutions supporting business operations as well as compliance objectives.
Business Systems Analyst Primary Obligations
͏• Work with business leaders to collect, examine, and record both functional and non-functional requirements for MDM projects. ͏
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that business needs are translated into detailed system requirements and specifications.
• Conduct leading requirement workshops as well as data mapping and process analysis for Reltio MDM projects.
Develop and maintain documentation including business process flows, data models, entity relationships, and integration specs. Support efforts around data quality, governance, and stewardship plus consistency between enterprise systems. Also, work with them to define strategies of integration between Reltio and downstream applications. Define and validate business rules, survivorship logic as well as match/merge strategy inside the Reltio MDM environment.
• Carry out UAT, coordinate issue resolution, and ensure that the solutions align with business goals. Assist in data migration, profiling, cleansing, and other related MDM maintenance activities.
Skills & Experience Required Business Systems Analyst
• At least 7 years of experience in Business Analysis or Data Management,
• More than 4 years of hands-on experience with MDM (Master Data Management) solutions.
Has worked the Reltio MDM platform at the configuration, workflow, and entity level as well as match/merge and integrations for more than two years. Has a solid grasp of data modeling, governance, quality, and integration concepts.
Has experience with API-based integrations, REST/JSON as well as ETL/data pipelines, Business Systems Analyst
Can write Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Great at talking and leading, can work well between tech and business groups. Knows Agile/Scrum ways.
