About this Role
As an Azure Data Engineer, you will play a key role in architecting and development robust, scalable, and high – performance Data platform across Azure, You will leverage Microsoft fabric, Azure Data factory, Synapse Analytics, and Azure data lake to build and support end to end Data pipelines, This role requires strong technical depth, hand on experience, and the troubleshoot complex data challenges while ensuring system performance, governance, and reliability, Azure data engineer jobs Remote
You will work closely with business stakeholders, Architects, and analytics teams to support ongoing and new initiatives such as BI dashboards, Data migrations projects, Enterprise analytics, and modern data platforms
Key Responsibilities
- Design, Implement, and maintain highly scalable data pipelines and workflows using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, synapse, and Data lake services
- Develop and support ETL/ ELT processes that integrate multiple structured and unstructured data models to support analytics and reporting needs
- Build efficient and well structure data models to support analytics and reporting needs
- Use Pyspark, Scala, or Python, to perform complex data transformation and processing at scale
- Work with Azure Blob storage, Azure SQL Database, and cosmos DB, for storage and data integration
- Perform query optimization, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across datasets and pipelines
- Implement data lineage, Governance, and compliance practice to ensure systems integrity and audit readiness
- Monitor pipelines activity and proactively resolve production issues to ensure reliability and uptime
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders including data architects, BI engineers, and product owners
Required Skills
- Microsoft fabric Certification – Mandatory
- Strong expertise with Microsoft Fabric, Azure data Factory, Azure Data lake, and synapse Analytics
- Hands on experience with Pyspark / Scala / Python
- Working Knowledge of Azure Blob storage, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB
- Strong skills in performance tuning and query optimization
- Familiarity with data governance, lineage, and compliance concepts
- Experience with pipelines monitoring, debugging, and Workflow troubleshooting
