Job Description :
Cisco’s Enterprise DevOps as a Service team is seeking to add an expert I Data Engineer jobs in the USA who will contribute by designing and implementing stable data solutions. The role shall be responsible for creating efficient and scalable data solutions that would unearth valuable information from the organization’s systems and seamlessly automate its core operations.
EDaaS is a spirited team about modernization of the build flow inside Cisco Engineering with new, cloud-based tools and practices. A qualified applicant must work independently to collect, manage, and process large datasets in generating insights for decision-making. You will have the pleasure of joining an ever-evolving development and operations team.
Skills and Experience
– Demonstrated practice in creating, developing, and sustaining complex ETL/ELT data pipelines emanating from several sources of data.
– Superlative knowledge of Python for the manipulation of data, scripting, automation, and integration of APIs.
– Strong SQL abilities with a command over joins, window functions, CTEs, User Defined Functions, and other related concepts in SQL.
Doing, or rather having done, Data Load plus SQL Tuning plus Virtual Warehouses on Snowflake comes with knowing how its architecture works. Knowing APIs of Snowflake very well adds up with RBAC, Dynamic Tables, Materialized Views, Row Access Policies, Column Data Masking-in addition security and governance features.
Add to this knowledge what makes machines learn throw in experience designing and building AI solutions. Add a sprinkle of familiarity with DevOps Technologies and Cloud Services.
Has detailed practical experience with large language models (LLMs) and the Agentic AI implementation approach; possesses excellent verbal communication and team working abilities, demonstrates exceptional analytical acumen and problem-solving skills through keen diagnosis of issues, proposing solutions, and adequately implementing such solutions I Data Engineer jobs in the USA
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Cloud Computing and hands-on practice with either AWS, Azure, or GCP. Practical experience in the implementation and integration of REST APIs. A plus if certified by Snowflake, AI Data Engineer jobs in the USA
