Key Responsibilities

• As a Business analyst, you will be responsible for partnering with internal and external stakeholder to gather, document, and validate business requirements for various projects and initiatives you will conduct in depth analysis of existing business process to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunity, and propose actionable recommendations that aligh with organizational goals
• You will maintain create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents ( BRDS ), functional specifications, workflow, process maps, use cases, and user stories, These artifacts will serve as a critical bridge between business users and technical teams, You will collaborate closely with developers, QA analysis, and project managers to ensure business requirements are accurately interpreted and implemented into effective
• In addition, you will support project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting,to help ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, as well as support Waterfall-based project milestones when applicable.

  A key part of this role involves facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will help define UAT scenarios, coordinate testing activities, document test results, and work with stakeholders to gather feedback. Based on UAT outcomes, you will collaborate with technical teams to refine deliverables and ensure solutions meet business expectations.

  You will also leverage tools such as JIRA and Confluence to manage requirements, track progress, and maintain project documentation. When required, you will support data analysis and reporting efforts using tools like **Power BI**, and apply basic SQL skills to validate data and support business insights.

  Finally, you will stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis, consulting, and digital transformation, continuously bringing new ideas and improvements to the team.

  Required Qualifications

  * Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  * Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
  * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  * Experience using process mapping tools and documentation standards
  * Understanding of business analysis frameworks and methodologies
  * Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management approaches
  * Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
  * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  * Valid U.S. work authorization is required

  Preferred Qualifications

  * Internship or hands-on experience in business analysis, consulting, or related roles
  * Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Power BI
  * Basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts
  * Exposure to reporting, analytics, or business intelligence tools
  * Experience supporting user acceptance testing and stakeholder feedback cycles
