- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical direction, code reviews, and architectural guidance
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and high performance web applications using React Js on the front end Java on the Back end
- Build and manage microservices and API’s ensuring seamless integration across systems
- Implement event driven architectures using Kafka, enabling real time data processing and system communication
- Develop and deploy serverless solutions leveraging AWS services to improve scalability and reduce operational overhead
- Work closely with product owners, Architects, and business stakeholders, to trasnlate requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure application security, performance optimization, and high availability across environment
Required skills and Qualification
- Strong hands on experience with React Js, Java, Mango DB, and AWS
- Proven experience leading development teams and managing large scale enterprise projects
- Deep understanding of Kafka and event driven system design
- Experience building and deploying applications using related domains is highly preferred
- Familiarity with supply chain management system, work flows, and data integrations
- Excellent problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders
Preferred Experience
- Background working in Hybrid or distributed team environment
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud monitoring tools
- Strong understanding of modern software design principles and best practices
