Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with program leadership, program managers, and vendor teams to understand modernization objectives and strategic goals
- Gather, document, validate, and manage functional and non functional business requirements, ensuring full traceability across the project lifecycle
- Conduct business process modeling and analysis to support process improvement and system design initiatives
- Develop and maintain business cases, user stories, and use cases, ensuring alignment with documented business needs
- Maintain an inventory of business process related artifacts such as forms, correspondence, workflow, and reports
- Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholders interviews, and focus groups with SME’s and business users,
- Participate in solution design reviews to ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in systems functionality
- Work closely with TAX schedule and functional SMEs to define user roles, permissions, and access controls
- Support change management and training efforts by developing documentation, presentations, and conducting stakeholder briefings or demos
- Assist program managers in ensuring business alignment, benefits realization, and governance compliance
- Provide analytical support for decision making, risk management, and issue management
- Analyze impacts of system or process changes on SOPs, desk guides, training materials, and knowledge articles
- Collaborate with data and reporting teams to define reporting requirements and validate data accuracy
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 5+ years of experience collaborating with program leadership, program managers, and vendors teams
- 5+ years of experience in business requirements gathering, Documentation, and validation
- 5+ years of experience in business process modeling and workflow analysis
- 5+ years developing business cases, users stories, and use cases
- 5+ Years facilitating workshops, Interviews, and stakeholder sessions
- 5+ years supporting UAT, change management, and training initiatives
- Strong experience tracking and managing requirement changes throughout the project lifecycles
