Solutions consultant- Remote Texas
We are seeking for solution consultant – AI agent legal who will help design, Implement, and deliver, AI- driven solutions tailored for legal operations, Solutions consultant This role is ideal for someone who understands both legal workflows and intelligent automation technologies and enjoys, partnering with business stakeholder Solutions consultant to translate complex requirements into scalable AI solutions, you will work closely with client, product teams, and technical specialists to enables processing, and ERP connected workflows that improve legal efficiency and decision making Solutions consultant
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand legal processes across areas such as contract lifecycle management, compliance, risk, procurement, and document automation
- Design and configure AI agents and AI powered solutions aligned with user requirements and business goals
- Conduct solutions demos, POC’s, and workshops to showcase AI legal use cases and value realization
- Map legal workflows and recommend automation opportunities, data integrations, and process optimization
- Partner with technical teams to ensure AI solutions and secured tested, Implemented, and adopted
- Support change management, end- user training, and solution documentation for smooth deployment
- Work with ERP systems ( Procurement /payments preferably ) to integrate legal and financial workflows
- Act as trusted advisor to legal stakeholder, identifying innovation opportunities using Ai
Required skills
- Hands on experience in working with Ai agents / AI powered products or platforms
- Strong understanding of legal operations, legal document, contract, policies, or compliance processes
- Experience working with ERP systems, procurement or payments modules are a strong plus
- Ability together requirements and translate them into functional AI solutions design
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong analytical skills thinking and problem solving mindset
- Ability to work independently in a Remote, client facing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with LLMs, chatbots, RPA, workflows, automations, or document intelligence tools
- Background in legal tech, corporate legal departments, legal process management, or consulting
- Understanding of data privacy, security, and regulatory, consideration in legal environment
