Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Full Stack Developer for a 100% remote contract opportunity with attractive pay, to become part of our growing engineering team, and contribute toward building modern scalable applications for enterprise-level clients. The right candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, Java Spring Boot, and React.js, coupled with end-to-end experience across the full SDLC—from design and development through deployment and production support.
Work heavily engaged in the design of resilient backend services, front-end interfaces that are easy to use, secure and performing APIs as a Senior Full Stack Developer. You will work directly with cross-functional teams comprising product managers, front-end developers, backend engineers, DevOps, and QA on implementing end-to-end solutions for business and technical requirements.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications with the use of Node.js and its frameworks Express.js or NestJS. Build and enhance the backend Java Spring Boot services on best practices for enterprise application development.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL APIs supporting front ends and third-party integrations.
Develop responsive front-end user-friendly components using React.js making sure of seamless user experience across devices.
Work with the UI/UX designers and front-end developers in translating the requirements of the business into actual technical solutions.
Integrate third-party services, APIs, and external systems ensuring proper data flow and security.
Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability as well as security on both frontend and backend layers.
Write clean, efficient reusable well-documented code that follows standards as well as best practices.
Actively take a role in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables and knowledge transfer within the team.
Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and production releases working with DevOps teams.
Troubleshoot, debug, and fix production issues on time ensuring minimum downtime.
Contribute in architectural decisions and when required provide technical guidance to junior developers.
Robust practical exposure working as a Senior Full Stack Developer or an equivalent position.
Vast familiarity with Node.js in backend development covering asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
Firm mastery of Java Spring Boot involving REST API development, microservices, and dependency injection.
Tested skills in creating contemporary front-end applications through the use of React.js, hooks, state management, and component-based architecture.
Deep knowledge of HTTP protocols, REST principles, and best practices in securing APIs.
Has worked with relational, AND NoSQL databases.
Knows something about authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
Has worked with version control systems like Git.
Great at solving problems-can look at big issues and come up with good answers.
Speaks well and can work in a remote team.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of container tools like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes. Exposure to CI/CD tools and automated testing frameworks. Background in Agile/Scrum development practices. Knowledge of system design plus scalability and performance tuning for high-traffic applications.
This is a 100% Remote role so work from anywhere!
