AAA is currently looking for an experienced Product Business Analyst III to join its product delivery team for a new Mortgaged-Backed Securities (MBS) securitization platform. Work-from-home setup, project-based for only three months — perfect for go-getters who love details and thrive amidst the buzz of activity in Agile set-ups with little supervision.
Must be passionate about business analysis, product delivery, and stakeholder collaboration. Must actively participate in the entire lifecycle of the product development process—from requirements gathering through delivery and testing to demonstration to stakeholders.

This role needs somebody with very strong communication skills who can help in translating complex business needs into user stories, functional requirements, process flows, and wireframes. Experience working closely with product owners, developers, architects, QA teams, and external stakeholders is required.

You shall bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring high-quality product delivery.
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
Collect, review, and document business requirements for the MBS securitization platform. Convert large and complicated business needs into easy and specific user stories and functional requirements. Evaluate information received from more than one source of input against existing documentation of high-level concepts.
Create business process flows, wireframes, and UI concepts as per the requirements.
Product & Agile Collaboration
– Work with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
– Maintain good JIRA hygiene EPIC linkage, fix versions, and proper details in stories.
– Take an active part in sprint planning and grooming and stand-up͏s͏ and review͏s͏͏͏Retrospective͏s͏ of Agile ceremonies.
– Be a part of the status meetings with business and cross-functional stakeholders.
Design & Development Support
– Participate effectively in design discussions with software developers and solution architects. Lead conversations related to UI and front-end development. Create screens, and wireframes in Figma. Review screens and wireframes. Support teams working with serverless architecture, cloud-based solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Act as a major point of contact between internal teams and external clients.
Speak and present business documents to InfoSec, Risk, Operations, and other non-product teams.
Create and share meeting materials such as agendas, action items, and minutes.
Show application features to internal stakeholders when needed.
Testing, QA & Production Support
Sit in on the incident and defect triaging as part of the SDLC process. Lead or support reviews of operations documentation, procedures, and manuals.Compliance with business and compliance expectations.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or at least that much study.
Experience
3-5 years of related work as a Business Analyst or Product Business Analyst.
Work experience covering the entire product delivery lifecycle. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
Skills & Competencies Required
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Capability to work independently while actively seeking guidance when necessary.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. Client-focused and results-oriented mindset. Good knowledge of Agile methodology and software development practices. Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills. Experience managing escalations through internal and external stakeholder partnerships.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Concepts about serverless architecture and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
– Practical exposure to: AWS Lambda, AWS AppSync, and DynamoDB.
– Familiarity with developing UI screens and wireframes using Figma.
– Understanding of Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) and securitization processes is highly preferred.
