What You Need to Have

 Bachelor’s degree from a program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related discipline.

Experience in internships or academic projects related to data engineering, automation engineering, or software development.

Knowledge of Python programming language and SQL at the basic level.

Has seen S3, Glue, Lambda, or Athena being used in a project.

Has heard of ETL concepts and data extraction plus some knowledge about pipeline design basics.

Willing to learn visualization tools like Power BI or Amazon Quicksight.

Willingness to work cooperatively in an energetic setting centered on creativity and constant enhancement.

 Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

 Foundational familiarity with Spark SQL, Airflow, or AWS Glue workflows.
Experience with automation or workflow orchestration frameworks.
Knowledge of data warehouse architecture and dimensional modeling.
Curiosity about business operations and how automation furthers organizational objectives.
Background or exposure to platforms such as Workday Studio or Appian would be advantageous.
